Nat Criss
Nat’s been involved in the marketing industry since 1996 and was previously the Marketing Director for one of the nation’s leading mortgage brokers. Originally from Meadville, PA, Nat graduated from the College of Wooster in Ohio and spent seven years in Burlington, Vermont before relocating to Wilmington in 2005. Nat has a background in advertising, real estate, and finance, and has experience in marketing businesses in a wide range of industries. Nat and his wife Megan live in the Masonboro area of Wilmington with their two boys, Cooper and Jalen.
Anna Platz
Anna is the glue that keeps it all together. As one of our lead designers and project manager extraordinaire, she makes sure that our work gets delivered on time and on budget. Anna is originally from Bucks County, PA outside of Philadelphia. She attended William & Mary where she met her husband Billy. They currently live outside of Philly with their daughter, Taylor.
Vanessa Lloyd
Vanessa keeps projects moving and clients happy, applying her wide range of skills to everything from website development, PPC management, print design and social media marketing. After growing up in Minnesota and earning a Mass Communications degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Vanessa came to Wilmington in search of beaches and lack of snow. When she’s not in the office, Vanessa is either playing any and every sport, or traveling.
Emily Dunlevy
Emily’s expertise in design and marketing originated during her 6-year career in real estate marketing. She now applies her versatile skill set to a range of projects, including social media marketing, website design, and PPC management. Having called Wilmington home since the age of five, Emily feels fortunate to be rooted in such a vibrant community. When she’s not spending time with her husband, John, and their two dogs, you’ll likely find her at the Pilates studio, on the golf course, or enjoying her latest passion—pickleball.
Ben DiPaolo
Ben works with clients to develop and implement digital advertising campaigns that align with their goals and enhance their business. Originally from Akron, Ohio; Ben graduated from Ohio State University before working for a decade as an entertainment publicist in Los Angeles. Since arriving in Wilmington in 2021, Ben has enjoyed working with clients and partners to build meaningful brands by managing and developing creative strategies and content. Outside of work, Ben can be found with his wife and dog at the beach, a brewery, or pretending to be a golfer.

Alexia Walker
Alexia is a recent graduate from East Carolina University, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing. Originally from the Raleigh area, she recently relocated to Wilmington to enjoy the sunny weather and the beach life. With her fresh perspective and strong academic background, Alexia brings enthusiasm and creativity to our team. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her soaking up the sun at the beach (trying not to burn) or spending time with her adorable fur babies.
