We help mortgage companies generate leads through targeted Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
Why do we prioritize search PPC for lead generation?
Google and Microsoft search campaigns target users who are on their devices actively searching for mortgage information.
How we use Facebook and Instagram
We also run lead ad campaigns for people who have an interest in refinancing and/or buying a home.
How much is Google Ads set-up?
Typically ranges between $350-$1200 depending on the number of campaigns.
How much is management?
We charge 15% of your ad spend each month for management for the first $5K and 12% for any ad spend over $5K. There is a minimum of $150 for monthly management.
You can also use one of our lead generation websites for an extra $50/month plus $250 for set-up. These websites may only be used while using ILM Marketing for monthly management.
How much do I have to spend each month?
We are only taking on clients in the mortgage space who plan to spend at least $1,000/month in ad spend. Most of our mortgage clients spend $1,000-$10,000/month. We also have clients that spend $50K+/month in ad spend.
How much will the leads cost?
The cost per lead will vary depending on the terms you bid on, which states you’re targeting, and the platforms you’re advertising on. Leads can cost as little as $15-$50 and as much as $250 depending on the targeting. As long as your site is optimized for lead conversion, you can expect about a 12%-25% traffic to lead conversion rate with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. When we speak we can tell you the estimated price per lead for the types of terms you want to go after.
We do not run campaigns solely for refinances due to the cost.
Are there long term contracts?
No. If you’re not happy with the performance, there is no obligation to continue. We only allow clients to use our negative keywords lists and lead gen websites if they continue to use us for active management. In the event that a client cancels, we simply remove the negative keyword lists and the account remains with the client.
